The Raffiné experience tells the story of Lebanon through its valleys, its mountains, and its sea. Each landscape shapes a menu of sharing, inspired by the land where civilisation first learned to cultivate. Through Originist Cuisine, we explore civilisation’s beginnings, told through Lebanon’s three landscapes, where some of the first expressions of gastronomy, art, and sharing took root.

To complement the Lebanese flavors, Raffiné offers over 100 wines—many available by the glass. We highlight the world’s oldest wineregions, the birthplace of wine before it spread to places like France and Italy. Our selection also includes classic old and new world wines, but with a special emphasis on ancient regions in the Levant and the Caucasus, particularly Lebanon, Georgia, and their surrounding lands.

Please note that we do not serve halal meat, but guests looking for non-meat options will find plenty to enjoy in our Mezze by the Sea and Mezze by the Earth selections.
