To complement the Lebanese flavors, Raffiné offers a variety of traditional beverages and a wine list. We focus primarily on ancient world wine regions—the birthplace of wine.

Our shared heritage, shaped by growing up with the Lebanese cuisine in opposite sides of the world, inspired us to create Raffiné. As a Norwegian and an Australian of Lebanese descent, we were raised with a deep appreciation for the flavors and traditions passed down through generations. These inherited recipes, lovingly prepared by our families, became a cornerstone of our identities, and now, they form the heart of Raffiné.

Through Raffiné, we aim to honor the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine while elevating the dining experience. Every dish tells a story of Lebanon, where food is more than just a meal—it is a way to connect, celebrate, and share the culture. At Raffiné, we invite our guests to experience the rich flavors of Lebanon, shaped by thousands of years of history, presented with care and a contemporary touch, paired with thoughtfully selected wines.
